Review on Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Lip Butter. First off, for most that use chapstick or the stick kinda lip balm, this lip butter can be hard to measure the right amount needed on the lips. Squeezing the tube would give you a clear petrolatum jelly that release a hint of chocolate smell. Applying on the lips, the shape of the applicator make it easy for a even spread. The chocolate smell would be very tempting to lick, but the light texture makes it very smoothing. Under the light it releases shine, but not enough to be a lipgloss. Its doesnt have a thick feel so it doesnt get your hair caught in it. Its a watery texture, which means you cant use it as a primer for lipstick. All in all, this lip butter can be good if its used alone and it lasts.;)
